CHARITY FUNDRAISER

Junk Male arranged a charity fundraiser for Marie Curie in memory of a friend of the band.

“Junk Male were excellent and very professional. They helped us raise over  £ 450 for which we are most grateful”.

 

Junk Male supported a fund raising effort to build new community facilities in a Somerset village.

WEDDING

Junk Male have play at numerous weddings all over the South West and were even asked played “Here Comes the Bride” in a church Brian May style.

BRISTOL RESTAURANT

Playing in a restaurant is not ideal for a six piece band but Junk Male did and it went down very well indeed.

BRISTOL BEER FESTIVAL

Junk Male played a one hour set between other bands playing Sca and Blues.

 

“The audience loved it. Come back again next year.”

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY ON WELLS CATHEDRAL GREEN

Bands were playing throughout the day on Cathedral Green. Junk Male were the last to play.

 

“Well played, it was a shame you had to stop playing in time for Evensong in the Cathedral, otherwise the crowd would have carried on dancing!”

 

BIRTHDAY

Most of Junk Male’s gigs are celebrating people’s birthdays. We have played for 21st right through to peoples 70ths and sadly, funerals!
